# Funding

### Nyx's issuance

The funding is the first step to Nyx DAO awakening, by its opening to Nyxers. The Nyx DAO was initiated in December 2021 by Paul, Rafael and Virgile ; will be effective once the mint starts.

Nyx DAO funding will be initiated by the mint and the purchase of NFTs and is done in two steps:
