Revenue distribution

Variable

Profits and income within Nyx DAO can either be distributed or reinvested. Profits realized will be voted by Nyxers to decide the distributed share and the reinvestment share as follow:

• Distributions (Passive income) : direct yield for Nyx owners

• Reinvested : Budget that will be granted for the next portfolio allocation

Fixed

• Revenue : 100% of Nyx DAO capital gain will be owned by Nyxers and will be voted on the % of passive income to the Nyxers and the % that will be reinvested via Nyx's vault

• Royalties: 5% Royalties (25% are for the managing team and 75% are for Nyx DAO)

We decided not to take success fees like traditional investment funds that take between 15-30% on the realized capital gain. We are an investment and only management fees are used to pay for the management of the pool of assets.
