Process

A general process has been established to submit, vote and execute proposals.

We allows the choosing of Proposals from an evolutive library. Nyxers and representatives will be involve into the different stage of the process.

1- Suggestion

All Nyxers can suggest proposals that will be review and potentially submitted to a vote for the Nyxers.

The suggestion is the first step of the proposal process, that goes as follow:

• It is sustained by the EXECUTIVE Division or the ASSET Division and therefore access the next stage which is submission.

• It is not sustained and the process stops here for this proposal.

The Proposals at the Suggestion stage are reviewed by representative division assiciated.

Suggestions can be submitted any day of the week by Nyxers.

2- Submission

The EXECUTIVE Division and the ASSET Division select and formalize the proposals to be submitted to a vote to Nyxers.

The proposal process has been defined to suggest different submissions to a vote for Nyxers by these divisions

Proposals can be submitted any day of the week by the respective divisions.

3- Vote

The EXECUTIVE Division and the ASSET Division select and formalize the proposals to be submitted to a vote to Nyxers.

Proposals can be submitted any day of the week by the respective divisions.

4- Securization

The Security process has been set up to perform a double-check to secure transactions via a on-chain Multi-signature via Gnosis Safe technology.

Nyx DAO is using Gnosis technology its multi-signature operation.

The TREASURY is responsible for this step.

In the Vault architecture, we have set up an architecture to contain the risk of scams, frauds and malicious proxies.

5- Execution

Once the securization has checked the veracity of the Proposals, the latter will be eligible for execution with the EXECUTIVE division, ASSET division or the DAO as mandatary.
