Representatives
Several representatives act as DAO mandator during the decision-making process to ensure the quality of investments, the management of the operation, the execution of some decision, the security of the transactions and the maximization of the rentability.
Representative are elected and mandated, they have to be selected for their expertise and added value to the DAO. They are our voice and will ensure our vision is maintained long term.
A complementary income will be allocated to every representatives of these divisions as a gratification in exchange of their additional work.
You will find below the architecture of Nyx DAO representatives divided into 3 divisions:
EXECUTIVE
The Executive Division is composed by founders. This team is responsible for implementing the governance decisions made within the DAO. The Division will be warrantor of the good functioning of Nyx DAO.
ASSET
Nyx’s experts will be selected and introduced to the community. They will be mandated to submit the investments and manage Nyx’s assets. They have requirements expertise to conduct this mission and will be sorted into different investment divisions:
Crypto Division
NFT Division
TREASURY
The founders will be mandated to vet each transaction and in doing so secure money transfers from Nyx during the Security phase
